We have established a position of one of the oldest manufacturers of Automobile Gears, Automobile Shafts since 1973. Our gears and shafts are manufactured using the best alloy steels confirming to the global OE STANDARD and latest technology as well as quality control techniques.

Our gears and shafts are marketed under the brand name JIMI.

Over the years, we have improved and adopted new methodologies to meet the requirements of its users and are committed to providing high quality service to our clients. This has been possible with our hard work and dedication which has helped us grow immensely in this industry. To ensure consistent quality we use innovative technology and techniques along with experienced hands and modern machinery.

Kalsi Engineering Company has a separate tool room and is equipped with latest machines. Besides, we have our own R&D department which is staffed with well qualified as well as technically competent engineers. We continue manufacturing new products for our clients. To ensure optimal performance, each piece is screened thoroughly in our quality control prior to dispatch.

In addition to inspection of physical size, we also test the material for its chemical composition, normalized or annealed as desired by the clients.

Chemical inspection is done with the help of Spectro Structure using microscope, Brinell Hardener Tester.

Product is inspected thoroughly before forwarding it to heat treatment. Once the heat treatment is completed, Hardness, distortion is checked.

Our wide spectrum of gears and shafts is praised for reliability and quality and widely used for heavy and light commercial vehicles. In addition to this, we have also added new range of gears & shafts for Combines, Earthmoving Machines and Industrial Gear Boxes.
